- Operates 16 mutual housing communities in Sacramento and Yolo counties
- Has 900 apartments for people of modest means
- Houses 2,700 residents, half of whom are children
- In 2006, worked with residents to purchase its first mobile home park
- Construction of its first permanent housing for the homeless and
disabled
- Currently developing 69 units of new affordable housing in Davis,
California ·
