The statistics described on our Affordable Housing Facts page make clear that the need for more affordable housing in our region vastly exceeds the supply. Our staff is committed to the ongoing search for locations and funding to create more safe, affordable, leadership-focused communities.

Our most recent community, opened in February 2015 is Mutual Housing at Spring Lake, in Woodland.
