Therolyn Brown is Junior Portfolio Supervisor for Mutual Housing Management. Ms. Brown supervises 4 communities in addition to handling key administrative functions for the division. A U.S. Air Force Veteran, with over 15 years Property Management experience that includes both property management administration and on-site property management. Ms. Brown’s management experience has included LIHTC Tax Credit/Tax Bond, HUD Section 202 Supportive Housing for Elderly, HUD Section 8, Single Resident Occupancy (SRO) and USDA Rural Development. Working experience has included Property Management administration, Compliance Specialist, RHS/HUD Manager designee, and on-site Property Manager. Ms. Brown holds the designations of Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Site Compliance Specialist (SCS), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), and National Compliance Professional Executive (NCP-E).

Alex Lemus, Maintenance Supervisor

Alex Lemus is Maintenance Supervisor for Mutual Housing Management. He is responsible for monitoring and directing all maintenance-related activities of the site-level personnel within Mutual Housing communities to ensure consistent and smooth property operations. He also coordinates and manages larger projects with vendors and contractors to ensure thorough and timely completion. Mr. Lemus has more than 10 years of experience in construction, remodeling, and property management. He also works in real estate specializing in distressed property restoration throughout the Sacramento region. Mr. Lemus became a Certified Green Building Professional through Build it Green where he learned sustainable building innovations and techniques to make homes as healthy as possible. He holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration from University of Phoenix.

Susan Tumidanski, Administrative Assistant and Property Manager

Susan Tumidanski is Administrative Assistant for Mutual Housing Management. Under the supervision of Director of Property Management Kenneth Brackenhoff, she performs routine secretary tasks to ensure the daily operation of this department. She is also responsible for part-time property management of The Westerner, a Mutual Housing Community. She comes to Mutual Housing of California will 22 years in the property management industry. Her experience includes managing multifamily apartment communities and a portfolio of homeowner associations.  She has extensive experience working with vendors and contractors throughout the region.
