To spread the word about the importance of affordable housing to working families, Mutual Housing now offers monthly tours of our communities. The Building Up Tour series gives an overview of our programs and services and tells the inspiring success stories of several of our residents.

Annual Membership Meeting and Anniversary Celebration
Each year, Mutual Housing hosts all of our properties’ residents in an end-of-summer picnic that includes free music and children’s activities, barbecue lunches and entertainment. It’s a community building opportunity and a way to rejoice in the mutual housing model and all that it offers.
